This book is outrageous. The book is filled with laughter which helps you understand the book. I liked it when the giants started fighting and when the army captured the giants. When the Bloodbottler woke up and they tried to tie him the war was on. It's an adventure. It reminds me of my brother when we tussle and tackle each other. My favorite character was the big friendly giant. He was interesting, friendly, and good. The most unique part of the book is when you discover that you are reading a book that the BFG actually wrote himself. Now that's different.
You have to read this book. It is appropriate for third grade and up. It hits your laugh box.
