The Three Investigators: The Mystery of the Vanishing Treasure

This book is about three boys named Jupiter Jones, Pete Crenshaw, and Bob Andrews. Their motto is We Investigate Anything. The boys get involved in a baffling museum robbery, help a woman troubled by a bad case of gnomes and find themselves on the way to the Middle East to become slaves. Finding the golden belt is harder than you think! Even Bob, who is really brave, has a bad dream about gnomes! This book is the fifth in the series of the Three Investigators. My favorite part is when the boys get trapped in the old theater with gnomes on the loose. It was really, really exciting. Jupiter reminds me of friend Perrin. They're both very smart. Perrin has told me a lot of stuff I didn't know. I really liked this book. Each time I finished reading one chapter, I wanted to read the next chapter. I recommend this book to my best friend Perrin. He'll probably like this book because he likes mysteries like me. He also might like this book because he uses big words like Jupiter. He might like the part when the boys get trapped inside an OLD theater. My friend Perrin is a BIG reader. Actually, I think anyone who likes mysteries who is in the second grade and older would like this book.
