Tacky the Penguin

This book is about a weird penguin whose name is Tacky. He had five brothers and sisters. Their names were Goodly, Lovely, Angel, Neatly, and Perfect. They were having fun until the penguin snatchers came.

Lynn Munsinger drew the best pictures of penguins I have ever seen. My favorite picture is where Tacky marches. The hunters brought ?maps and traps and rocks and locks?. These words fill me with suspense. I feel scared and sad because the penguins might get caught by the evil penguin snatchers. Tacky would be fun to play with. I would most enjoy swimming with him because penguins are super swimmers.

If you like silly stories, this book is for you. The characters are hilarious, random, and crazy.
