Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone

Harry Potter is the son of Lily and James Potter. One day, the most powerful dark wizard, Lord Voldemort, murdered his parents. He used all his power on Harry's parents. Harry is known as 'The Boy who Lived'. Eleven years later, he is enrolled in Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. There, he meets Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger, a wizard born of 'muggle' parents. 'Muggles' are people who are non-magic. Will Harry be protected at Hogwarts from the blood-sucking, ugly looking Lord Voldemort, or is there a traitor in the midst?

This is the first book of a seven book series. As it goes along, the books get thicker and thicker. I recommend this book to people who like wizardry. I also recommend this book because it's not only a good book, but it reaches into your heart.
