The Brand New Kid

This book is about a brand new kid in school. Everyone was teasing him. They called him names like, "Hey fool!" They shot spitballs at him. He felt scared. But, the next day the girl (Ellie) felt sorry. The next morning she said, "Want to play?" To find out what happens read the book.

I like this book because it teaches you a lesson. The lesson is never make fun of someone if you don't know him or her." My favorite part is when Ellie makes friends with the new kid, Lazlo . This reminds me about when I didn't have a friend and then one day, a boy named Lucas came up to me and asked, "What's wrong?" I said, "I have no friends." He said, "I'll be your friend."

I recommend this book to new people in school and people who are getting teased.
