I like the way they use buttons for a story because not a lot of stories use buttons. I learned that when we lose toys or your iPad, itís best not to cry. I like how every time he goes somewhere, a button falls off. I like Pete because he sings a lot and does a lot of math, which is so cool. I like the book so much, I feel like I want to read it again and again. I also like the illustrations because they are unique. It is like other Pete the Cat books because he sings. It is like when I lose my toys and I never cry. My favorite part is when he sings about his belly button because it was funny. I wonder what Pete will do without his buttons.
I think that kids in pre-school to 2nd grade should read this book. Kids that love Pete the Cat should read this book. Teachers should read this book to their class because it will teach them to never cry when they lose stuff. People that like funny books will like the book. Kids that have issues with crying should read the book. If you like fancy handwriting, this book is for you.
