Mercy Watson at the Rescue

In the book Mercy Watson at the Rescue, there are three characters named Mrs. Watson, Mr. Watson, and Mercy Watson (a pig). One night Mercy decides to snuggle up with Mrs. and Mr. Watson in their bed. This is not good for The Watson or for their bed! Next, the bed breaks and part of it falls through the floor because Mercy is way too heavy. Then, Mercy runs out of the house looking for help. Will the Watson’s be saved? Read this book to find out what happens.

In my opinion, Mercy Watson at the Rescue is a good book. Mercy Watson is a caring pet because she goes to snuggle with the Watson’s but the bed breaks. Mercy goes next door to find help. My favorite part is when Mercy snuggles up with the Watson’s. I like this book because the illustrations are very detailed.

Do you like books with animals as characters? Do you like to help? Read this book. I rate this book 3 out of 5. This book is also great because it is a series. You can read about all the adventures of Mercy Watson.
