Diary of a Wimpy Kid the Third Wheel

In the story, Diary of a Wimpy Kid the Third Wheel I met Gregory. Gregory is in middle school. At Greg’s school there is a Valentine’s Day dance coming up and Greg is getting nervous because he doesn’t have a date to go to the dance with. Other boys are also nervous because they might not have a date for the dance either because there are more boys than girls in Greg’s grade. So the boys might have no choice but to go with other boys to the dance. Greg comes up with many ridiculous ways to find a girl for the dance. He gets advice from his uncle Gary and he says Greg needs a wingman. Greg knows the perfect man for the job, his friend Rowley.

My favorite part of the book is when the Mad Pantser pulls down Vice Principal Roy’s pants. I thought that was funny because in the book all the other kids were laughing so I thought I had a right to laugh too. A character I liked in the book was Greg. I chose him because he plays a lot of video games like me. I think this book is great! I think this book is great because the book made me laugh. It made me laugh because Greg did silly things just to get a date to the dance.

I would recommend reading Diary of a Wimpy Kid The Third Wheel to someone who likes funny characters because in the story Greg is funny. If you like funny stories the whole series of Diary of a Wimpy Kid is funny. I think this story teaches us that there is no perfect girl to go to any dance with.
