Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone

"Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" is a book about a boy named Harry who finds out that he is a wizard and that he is going to Hogwarts. This is a school of magic where they teach kids to fly on broomsticks and how to use a wand. The teachers are great wizards like Albus Dumbledore, who is the head master.

I really liked this book because I like magic. I think it is interesting when kids have to learn how to use wands and they have dueling matches. My favorite part of the book is when Harry finds out he is going to Hogwarts instead of the school where his cousin, Dudley, goes. He does not like Dudley because he is mean. I like Hagrid because he takes care of weird animals such as a hippogriff. I like researching weird animals. I like Hermione because she reminds me of myself because we both love reading and doing homework.

I recommend this book to anyone who is in third or in fourth grade and likes magic. If you want to find out if Harry likes Hogwarts read the book.
