Charlotte's Web

"He's some pig!" This book is about friendship and love between a spider and a pig and a matter of life and death. Wilbur was saved from Fern. In a few weeks Wilbur was sold to Mr. Zuckerman. Wilbur's only hope is Charlotte. Will Wilbur be bacon?

We recommend this book to best friends because it's about two best friends that do things for each other. The book won a Newberry Honor. "Charlotte's Web" reminds me (Daniel) of my true friend in second grade. He was a true friend because he told me all about the school. This book reminds me (Brian) of when I saw a puppy and asked my mom if I could keep it. My mom said, "As long as you take care of it." Then when my dad saw it he said, "You can't keep it!", but I begged and I begged until he said, "Yes." Then a few years later we gave it away to my uncle and the puppy was gone for good. This book is sort of like the movie "Babe" because Babe only has two friends and that's sort of like Wilbur in "Charlotte's Web".
