The Little Red Hen

The little Red hen finds some seeds, and she wants to plant them. She asks her friends, "Who will help me?" They always say, "Not I!" So she plants it, waters it, and cuts it all by herself. Then she makes a cake and all the animals want to eat it. She says "No! You didn't help me."

I like the ending in this story. The cat, the dog and the mouse don't get anything because they don't like to work. The little red hen is my favorite character. She works very hard.

You will like this book. You can pretend to be one of the characters and read it with your friends. (This story was dictated.)
