Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

Harry Potter is an 11 year-old wizard who lives with his mean relatives. He goes to wizard school most of the time but has to live with the relatives when school is out. This book begins with Harry having a birthday and an elf named Dobby is trying to get him into trouble. Dobby takes Aunt Petunia's "magnificent" pudding and throws it at their guests. After that, Harry gets grounded and Ron and his brothers take a blue car and get him out of his house and back to Hogwarts. But, they have a little trouble getting back to school. The book continues with another adventure about trying to find the Chamber of Secrets and all of the trouble Harry and his friends find along the way. This story tells how friends work together as a team to help each other in tough situations.
I think this book is cool because it had lots of action. My favorite part is when Harry beats Malfoy in quidditch because Malfoy always tries to beat Harry but Harry knocks Malfoy off of his broom this time. Harry reminds me of myself because I don't give up on the things I try.
I recommend this book because it had a lot of action. I think kids who like excitement would like this book.
