Dear Mr. Henshaw

This book was about an interesting kid that keeps writing to an author. The name of the kid is Leigh Botts and I think he is kind of lonely. He was a smart boy who likes to write letters to Mr. Henshaw. After a month or so he stops!

I liked this book because it involved letter writing and Leigh's life is kind of like mine. In this story Leigh started off feeling sad but then writing letters to Mr. Henshaw made him feel better. My favorite part was when Leigh's dog came back after he ran away.

I recommed this book to people who like to write a lot and like books of letters.
