This book is about Little Beaver and his echo. Little Beaver is lonely. He didn't have any friends which made him very sad and he began to cry. As he cries he hears someone across the pond . Is it a new friend? Little beaver sets out to look for his friend. On the way he meets others who want a friend too. At the other side of the pond there is a wise old Beaver. He tells Little Beaver about Echo. Does Little Beaver find a friend? You will have to read the book to find out.
This is a good book. It teaches you that friends can be found in unexpected places. I like Little Beaver because he told wise Beaver that he and echo didn't have any friends. Wise Beaver is smart like me. The illustrations are like water drops dripping into puddles. This book reminds me of when I went to Yosemite.
I recommend this book to anyone who has ever had to look for a friend.
