Henry and Mudge Get the Cold Shivers

This book is about Henry, Mudge, Henry?s mom, Henry's dad the lady at the vet. It takes place at Henry's house and at the Vet. In the beginning, Henry is sick and can?t go to school. His Mom and Dad bring him some snacks, and then Mudge gets sick from Henry and can?t move his body. Henry and his Mom bring Mudge to the vet. At the end, Mudge feels better and Henry feels better, too. Mudge got a great big kiss from Henry.

I enjoyed this book because they both were sick and took care of each other. It reminds me of how my dog and I used to take care of each other. This book is one in a series of Henry and Mudge books. It is like the other ones because the characters are always nice to each other. This one is different because they get sick in this story.

I would recommend this book to kindergarten to second graders because it is a loving and caring story.
