The Witches

Have you ever seen a witch? Well, anyway, there is a book called "The Witches". The main characters are a boy, his Grandmamma and the Grand High Witch. The boy's parents died, and he had to stay with his Grandmamma. Then they stayed at a hotel with the Grand High Witch and the other witches. Then the witches turned the boy and another boy named Bruno into mice. Then the boy told his Grandmamma what happened, and they made a plan.

I like this book because it so amusing. My favorite part is when the boy went up the cook's pants in the kitchen. It is a laughable part. My favorite characters are the boy and Grandmamma because they are interesting and made a good plan to get the witches, and Bruno because he is hilarious. Bruno looked ridiculous when he was eating the fruit out of the bowl.

I recommend this book because it is hilarious story. I think third graders and up can read this book on their own.
