The Little Red Hen

The book is about a mysterious little red hen who can talk, carry things and bake cakes. The hen had to cut wheat to make a cake. She ate the cake and left none for the cat, the dog or the mouse.

This book made me laugh because the dog, the cat and the mouse made funny faces and said funny words. This book reminds me of when my grandma and I were baking a cake. It was a cherry cake that was really good.

I recommend this book to 1st and 2nd graders because they like funny faces and I like funny faces too. When I read the book it made me feel giggly.
