Revolutionary War on Wednesday

My book is about the magic tree house. Annie and Jack get caught by a captain. They meet George Washington along the river bank. He is fighting in the Revolutionary War. They learn history from him and then they go home. When they get home they are a lot smarter from what they learned.

My favorite part is when they get into trouble because then they have an exciting adventure. I like this story because Annie and Jack get to meet interesting people from history especially George Washington. I like the pictures because they show the most important parts of the story. This book reminded me of when we learned about the Declaration of Independence in social studies rotations.

I think other kids should read it because they can learn about George Washington and the Revolutionary War.
