Once in a little village in England lived a widow. Her son's name was Jack.
Jack's mother said. "Take our cow to town, sell her for as much money as you want."
After he arrived at home, he showed his mother the beans. She was so shocked that she threw the beans out the window.
After she threw them out the window, the bean started to grow.
To find out more, read Jack and the Beanstalk.
I like this book because it was funny. I would like to read this book 11 times!
My favorite part was when Jack's mother throws the beans out the window.
The illustrations are silly, because they are uproarious!
I recommend this book to kindergarteners and first graders and second graders.
