Mrs. Katz and Tush

In the beginning of Mrs. Katz and Tush, Mrs. Katz is a lonely woman. A young boy named Larnel gets Mrs. Katz a new cat and she names him Tush. She was no longer sad now that Tush has arrived. Mrs. Katz loves Tush so much that she makes toys out of yarn for him. Later, Larnel asks Mrs. Katz all about her heritage. He realizes they have many similarities.

I really like this book because of cats. I have always wanted a cat because of how cute and cuddly they are. I like the characters especially Mrs. Katz because of her manners and how she cares for others. I like this because of how it shows love and caring. Love and care are shown to Tush from Mrs. Katz.

I would recommend this book to someone who is 7-12 years old because they would be able to read it independently. I think someone that likes being read to would enjoy this book. Last but not least, people who like reading to family members would definitely enjoy reading this book. You will love it, too!
