Have you ever solved a mystery? The book Nancy Drew and the Clew Crew: Treasure Trouble by Carolyn Keene is about three girls who have to find their stolen treasure chest. In the beginning, they drive to Barnacle Beach to throw a party for the Teasdales. They have twins that are having a pirate - themed birthday party. Next, they are playing one of the party games and Nancy sees Casey leaving and dragging a cooler. During the treasure hunt they found out that the treasure chest was missing. In the end, they find the treasure chest, Mrs. Teasdale let Ivy, Damien and Poppy go to camp, and Nancy, Bess, and George return to River Heights. All in all , read this book to find out who stole the treasure chest and why they did it.

Nancy Drew and the Clew Crew: Treasure Trouble by Carolyn Keene is an amazing book! First of all, the Clew Crew teaches kids how to solve mysteries. For example, they sneak into Camp Bumpy Bullfrog with Ivy and Damien to get their treasure chest back! In addition, the author uses descriptive language. For instance, the author said, “Pirates have haaaarghty appetites” to show the theme of the moment. One last reason is the Clew Crew is very organized with their mysteries. In fact, George will write down their suspects on a file that’s on her mom’s computer (even on vacation)! As you can see, Nancy Drew and the Clew Crew: Treasure Trouble by Carolyn Keene is a mysterious book with lots and lots of surprises!
