Aliens For Lunch

Richard and Henry Bell are stuck at home during Easter Vacation. Henry likes healthy snacks. Henry made the “KABOOM KORN” in the microwave. When the popcorn was done, Aric the alien came out of the bag. The Graxians tampered with their supply of XTC-1000 which makes desserts taste good. The Graxians hijacked the plane with the XTC-1000 that was going to planet Threll. Richard, Henry, and Aric are in the control room of the Graxian Spaceship. If they don’t win, the Threllians will invade Earth. They are on the ugly planet Grax. They are shown to King Boobrik the Heavy. The king is going to make the boys watch the Threllians invade Earth. They put Aric in the freezer. They take Henry and Richard to the lunchroom. They found a vegetable. And the vegetable was a rib of celery. And the guard came Richard and Henry was looking for Aric. They found a Wamu and the Wamu helped them get out of the kitchen. Richard and Henry escaped with their space ship and the XTC-1000.

My favorite part was when Richard waved the celery in the monsters face. It was kind of funny because the Aliens fainted because they’re so scared of veggies and he looked kind of scared. My favorite character is Henry because he was brave to wave the celery in the monster’s face. This story reminds me of when we have celery for lunch. I like celery with peanut butter on it.

I recommend this book to children in second grade or older. If you like aliens you will like this story.
